Fantastic customer service and products!

The customer service team recently worked closely with me to match three missing pieces to a chess set that is 30 years old! I was extremely pleased with the end result! Attached are two pics where both sides have at least one replacement piece and the differences are negligible to me! So very happy to have a complete set again and the rules book included with purchase is a great refresher to bring playing again!

The initial piece we received was damaged but Chess House sent out a new one once we returned the damaged one. The piece is nice an blends into a set we already had.

Did not receive

There was an issue with my delivery which has now been fixed. I would like the order shipped please to the same address. If this can't be done I need a refund and I will reorder. I have opened several chats with no response.
