I love it. It's great. It's beautiful. A great conversation piece as well. The ability to stand up chess pieces in the box protects the pieces and enables quick setting up of the game and the putting away of the pieces.
This box fills a hole in the market for storing your quality sets of chess pieces upright, without touching the other pieces and potentially causing marring/dings etc.
The workmanship is superb, and the finish (like all JLP products) world class. I purchased two, but will be back for more soon!
