Silicone Chess Set Combo

This merchant responds very well. The website says something like make a selection of the chessboard color. However, there was only one color available for the silicone board. I would do repeat business with this person for the sole fact that he seems very friendly.

I already had a silicone board with plastic pieces but it made sense to buy this combo due to the good price.
The board is excellent quality and can be folded up and taken anywhere. The pieces have more weight than I thought they would which is definitely a good thing. They don’t feel cheap at all and are stable on the board.
The silicone board and pieces are awesome for travel and playing anywhere without being worried about ruining a more expensive set. I’ve even used these in a pool and the board and pieces dry right off and go back in the bag. Would buy again!

The board, pieces, and bag (for the pieces) are all very high quality. When opening the set up, I was instantly impressed with the consistency of quality. I would highly recommend for any chess player and for those, like me, that obsessively need to wash things to keep skin oil off.

I will note that this silicone does attract dirt and dust. Make sure you clean it here and there. Minor gripe: the board should have come with it's own bag. Either way, buy it. You won't be disappointed.

I really like the feel of the pieces, they're comfortable to hold and move. No worries about taking them outdoors.

If you are looking for a chess set you don’t have to worry about-this is it. Take these anywhere; camping, to the park , etc. and if they fall off the table or get dropped - no problem. No felt on the bottom of the pieces so I think they might be washable which could be useful these days. I purchased mine as part of a bag, board, set combo with no regrets.
