Wrong Size Rook sent

When I ordered a missing Dark Rook and I read the size chart that said 2-1/2 ", It didn't say the measurement was for the King and not the Rook so you sent me a much smaller Dark Rook. I need a Dark Rook where the King is 3-1/2" Please tell me how I may get the right one and return this wrong one. Thanking you in advance for your time and trouble. John
