Excellent Customer Support

I ordered this set for my dad for Christmas, it's beautifully made. Unfortunately the first board came and was chipped on the corner, so they sent a replacement board. The second board came and it also was damaged. The third board came and it finally arrived in excellent condition. Each time I got a response from Paul within an hour of reaching out with both boards that were damaged. It was unfortunate that two boards were damaged, but the responsiveness from Paul and quick hassle free resolution was amazing.
