GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had some issues with the delivery thru FedEx; holidays plus supply chain issues created some havoc. Contacted Chess House and they got personally involved to insure the delivery of my order. CH contacted me a few times to help resolve the 3rd party issue. Really impressed with the Customer Service.
