Item packed especially well, rare these days! Board is very good quality, pieces do not fall of unless you really shake it. A few of the felted bottoms very slightly rough from gluing, but does not detract from the niceness of the set!
Nice looking and well made. Perfect for working through games while sitting in bed. And it can be stored when finished without having to put all the pieces away, ready for the next session. Highly recommended.
I gave my grandson the magnetic traveling, chess set for Christmas. He likes it, but there was a problem in that the second black queen was missing. When I brought this to the attention of Chess House, the problem was immediately rectified, and the missing piece has been delivered to him as of today, five days later. I appreciate the excellent service after the sale.

I was extremely pleased with the way my chess set was packaged. I purchase much through online companies. Never have I seen the care in packaging that I experienced with CHESS HOUSE. You guys need to have a tutorial for other companies to follow.
Now to the set: OMG 12 out of 10 STARS.
It is beautifully packaged. The pieces are well made. the board is second to none. The magnets actually hold the pieces to the board (an other tutorial needed for other companies).
I could not be happier with both Chess House and my beautiful little chess set.
