SINGLE REPLACEMENT PIECES: The Square Off Pro Chess Set

Lost one piece and tried to get a new one from Square Off. Unfortunately same response: no single pieces, standard response, no customer focus

I recently needed to obtain replacement pieces for my Square Off Pro Chess Set and hoped for a straightforward process based on my past dealings with Square Off. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The issues I previously encountered with delays and communication with Square Off resurfaced during my attempt to get these replacement parts.

Despite the apparent simplicity of the request, the response from Square Off was slow and largely unhelpful. My inquiries about the status of the replacement pieces were often met with generic responses or, worse, complete silence. This lack of effective communication has been a recurring theme in my interactions with Square Off, significantly diminishing the overall customer experience.

The innovative concept of Square Off's chess sets initially impressed me, but the consistent struggles with customer service, especially for essential components like replacement pieces, have been a major source of frustration. It's disheartening to see a company with such potential failing to provide adequate support and service.
